Product Warranty Registration

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR TRUXARMOR™ PRODUCTS

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Truxarmor (“Truxarmor”). This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from the Truxarmor website (the “Physical Goods”).

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Truxarmor will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?
WARRANTIES / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Please retain all boxes, warranty information, and owner’s manuals when you receive the product(s), as they are required in the event merchandise is damaged, becomes defective, or needs to be returned.
  • Truxarmor products carry a limited 1-year warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, road hazards, accidents, racing, misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not apply to vehicles used in racing or competition, or vehicles modified beyond the original manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Costs related to installation and labor are not covered under this warranty. Truxarmor shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages and/or injuries resulting from the use of our products.
  • Any item returned as defective and found to be non-defective will not receive credit and will be returned at the sender’s expense.
  • Truxarmor reserves the right to send replacement components for warranty or defective issues in the field.
  • All defective items returned to Truxarmor and verified as defective will receive item credit or replacement.
  • Items found to be defective within 30 days of purchase will be issued a return label by Truxarmor. Items found to be defective after 30 days must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
    An approved RMA number must be clearly displayed on the return label and/or box. Warranty returns without an approved RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
STAINLESS STEEL – LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY
  • Truxarmor offers the original purchaser a limited 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
  • This warranty does not cover shipping damage, misuse, mishandling, road hazards, product modification, discoloration, installation, removal, labor, or shipping costs.
  • This warranty applies only to new products installed on the original vehicle.
  • Warranty claims cannot be determined until returned goods are inspected and approved.
  • In areas where salt or harsh chemicals are used for snow and ice removal, regular cleaning is required. Failure to remove salt or chemicals may result in premature rust and will void the warranty due to product neglect.
  • Do NOT use chemicals on the product without prior approval from Truxarmor. Doing so will void the warranty.
  • This warranty excludes defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, vehicle crash, or any other impact.
  • In no event shall Truxarmor be liable for damages including, but not limited to, incidental, consequential, loss of use, loss of profits, business interruption, or inconvenience.
  • Truxarmor reserves the right to change product design without obligation to update previously manufactured products.
BLACK POWDER COAT – LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY
  • Truxarmor offers the original purchaser a 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship on all powder coat finishes from the original date of purchase.
  • This warranty does not cover shipping damage, misuse, mishandling, road hazards, product modification, installation, removal, labor, or shipping costs.
  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
  • This warranty excludes defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, vehicle crash, or any other impact.
How Long Does the Coverage Last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Truxarmor is 365 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, vehicle crash, or any other impact.

In no event shall Truxarmor be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use Truxarmor products.
