SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Effective Date: August 8, 2026
Last Updated: August 8, 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the shipping, delivery, inspection, and freight procedures applicable to products purchased directly from Truxarmor Inc. ("Truxarmor," "we," "our," or "us").
By placing an order with Truxarmor, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping & Delivery Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, and applicable Limited Warranty.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times vary depending on product availability, order volume, payment verification, shipping destination, product size, and shipping method.
Orders may require additional processing time for:
- Oversized products;
- Freight shipments;
- Special-order products;
- Backordered products;
- Orders requiring additional verification;
- High-value orders; or
- Orders containing multiple products.
An order confirmation does not mean that an order has shipped.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. Shipping Destinations
Truxarmor primarily ships within the United States.
Shipping availability, rates, and delivery methods may vary depending on destination, product dimensions, product weight, and carrier availability.
Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to:
- Alaska;
- Hawaii;
- U.S. territories;
- APO/FPO addresses;
- P.O. Boxes; or
- Certain remote locations.
Oversized products and freight shipments generally require a valid physical street address.
Customers should contact Truxarmor before ordering if they have questions regarding shipping availability to a particular destination.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated based on factors that may include:
- Product size;
- Product weight;
- Shipping destination;
- Carrier;
- Delivery method;
- Freight requirements; and
- Additional services requested by the customer.
Applicable shipping charges will generally be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before the order is finalized.
Additional charges may apply for special delivery services, address corrections, redelivery, storage, residential freight delivery, liftgate service, or other carrier services where applicable.
4. Free Shipping Promotions
If Truxarmor offers free shipping, the promotion applies only under the specific terms disclosed with the applicable offer.
Unless otherwise stated, free shipping promotions generally apply only to eligible products shipped to qualifying addresses within the contiguous United States.
Free shipping may exclude:
- Alaska;
- Hawaii;
- U.S. territories;
- Remote locations;
- Freight shipments;
- Oversized products;
- Expedited shipping;
- Special-order products; or
- Other excluded destinations or products identified with the promotion.
Truxarmor reserves the right to modify or discontinue shipping promotions prospectively at any time.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Any processing, shipping, transit, or delivery date provided by Truxarmor is an estimate only and is not guaranteed, unless Truxarmor expressly states otherwise in writing.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Truxarmor's reasonable control, including:
- Carrier delays;
- Weather conditions;
- Natural disasters;
- Transportation interruptions;
- Labor disputes;
- Peak holiday volume;
- Supply chain interruptions;
- Government actions;
- Incorrect delivery information;
- Remote delivery locations; or
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
Truxarmor is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside its reasonable control.
6. Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will generally be provided to the customer after the order has shipped.
Tracking information may take time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.
For orders containing multiple products, items may ship separately and may have different tracking numbers or delivery dates.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please carefully verify:
- Recipient name;
- Street address;
- Apartment, suite, or unit number;
- City;
- State;
- ZIP code;
- Telephone number; and
- Email address.
Truxarmor is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
If an address correction is required after shipment, additional carrier charges may apply.
Once an order has shipped, Truxarmor cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
8. Oversized and Freight Shipments
Certain Truxarmor products may be shipped using freight or other specialized transportation services because of their size or weight.
Freight deliveries may require:
- A valid telephone number;
- A physical delivery address;
- Delivery scheduling;
- Customer availability to receive the shipment;
- A signature;
- Inspection at delivery; or
- Other arrangements required by the carrier.
The freight carrier may contact the customer to schedule delivery.
Failure to respond to the carrier or accept a scheduled delivery may result in redelivery, storage, or other carrier fees for which the customer may be responsible when the failure is attributable to the customer.
9. Freight Delivery Inspection
Customers receiving freight or oversized shipments should inspect the shipment carefully before accepting delivery.
Before signing the carrier's delivery receipt or Bill of Lading ("BOL"), inspect the shipment for visible signs of damage, including:
- Crushed cartons;
- Torn packaging;
- Punctures;
- Bent packaging;
- Broken pallets;
- Missing cartons;
- Opened packaging;
- Water damage; or
- Other visible damage.
If damage is visible, clearly note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt or BOL before signing.
Whenever reasonably possible, photograph the damage while the shipment is still with the carrier.
Do not write "received in good condition" if the shipment shows visible damage.
10. Concealed Shipping Damage
Some shipping damage may not be visible until the package is opened.
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If concealed damage is discovered:
- Stop unpacking or installing the product if further handling could affect the claim;
- Keep all original packaging and shipping materials;
- Photograph the product damage;
- Photograph the packaging;
- Photograph the shipping label; and
- Contact Truxarmor promptly.
Carrier claim deadlines may apply, so prompt notification is important.
11. Reporting Shipping Damage
Shipping damage should be reported to Truxarmor as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
When reporting damage, please provide:
- Order number;
- Customer name;
- Product information;
- Photographs of the damaged product;
- Photographs of the shipping carton;
- Photographs of the shipping label;
- Photographs of any pallet or freight packaging, if applicable;
- Copy or photograph of the delivery receipt or BOL, if applicable; and
- Description of the damage.
Do not discard packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed.
Truxarmor may require additional documentation to assist with a carrier claim.
12. Missing Items or Packages
If an order arrives with missing products, components, or hardware, contact Truxarmor promptly.
Please retain the packaging and provide photographs if requested.
Truxarmor may review:
- Shipping weight;
- Packaging records;
- Carrier information;
- Tracking information;
- Delivery photographs;
- Warehouse records; and
- Other relevant information.
If Truxarmor verifies that an item was omitted during fulfillment, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
13. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received
If carrier tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location;
- Check with other members of the household or business;
- Check with neighbors where appropriate;
- Check with building management, reception, or mailroom personnel; and
- Contact the carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, contact Truxarmor.
Truxarmor may assist with a carrier investigation where appropriate but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement where carrier records establish valid delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Lost Shipments
If tracking information indicates that a shipment may have been lost in transit, contact Truxarmor.
Truxarmor may initiate an investigation or claim with the shipping carrier.
A replacement or refund may not be issued until the carrier investigation has progressed sufficiently for Truxarmor to reasonably determine the shipment's status, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Stolen Packages
Truxarmor is not responsible for theft occurring after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to select a secure delivery location and monitor tracking information for high-value shipments.
For suspected theft, customers may be asked to contact the carrier or local authorities and provide supporting documentation.
16. Signature Requirements
Truxarmor may require a signature upon delivery for certain:
- High-value orders;
- Oversized products;
- Freight shipments;
- Commercial deliveries; or
- Other shipments at Truxarmor's discretion.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to accept delivery when a signature is required.
17. Refused Shipments
Customers should not refuse a shipment unless instructed to do so by Truxarmor or unless circumstances reasonably require refusal because of significant visible shipping damage.
A shipment refused for reasons unrelated to a verified Truxarmor error or shipping damage may be treated as a customer return.
In such circumstances, actual outbound shipping, return shipping, carrier charges, and other applicable costs may be deducted from the customer's refund to the extent permitted by law.
18. Undeliverable Shipments
Shipments returned to Truxarmor because of:
- Incorrect addresses;
- Incomplete addresses;
- Customer relocation;
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;
- Failure to schedule freight delivery;
- Failure to retrieve a shipment;
- Refusal of delivery; or
- Other customer-attributable circumstances
may be subject to additional shipping, return freight, redelivery, storage, or handling charges.
These charges may be deducted from any applicable refund to the extent permitted by law.
19. Delivery Appointments
Freight carriers may require customers to schedule delivery appointments.
Delivery appointment times are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Truxarmor.
Customers should communicate directly with the carrier regarding scheduling once contacted.
Missed appointments may result in redelivery or storage charges.
20. Residential and Commercial Freight Delivery
Freight rates and services may differ between residential and commercial addresses.
Customers should accurately identify the delivery location when placing an order.
Additional charges imposed by the carrier because an address was incorrectly classified may be the customer's responsibility when the incorrect classification resulted from information provided by the customer.
21. Delivery Does Not Include Installation
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, shipping or freight charges cover transportation of the product only.
Delivery does not include:
- Product installation;
- Product assembly;
- Removal of an existing product;
- Vehicle modification;
- Disposal of packaging;
- Inside delivery;
- White-glove service; or
- Other services not expressly included with the order.
Customers are responsible for arranging installation where necessary.
22. Product Installation Following Delivery
Customers should inspect products for shipping damage, missing components, and obvious product discrepancies before installation.
Do not install a product that appears materially damaged, incorrect, or incomplete without first contacting Truxarmor.
Installation of an obviously damaged or incorrect product may affect the availability of certain return remedies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Manufacturing defects are governed separately by the applicable Truxarmor Limited Warranty.
23. Multiple-Package Shipments
Some products may be shipped in multiple cartons.
Packages within the same order may:
- Arrive on different days;
- Be transported by different carriers;
- Have separate tracking numbers; or
- Be delivered at different times.
A partial delivery does not necessarily mean items are missing.
Please review all tracking information before reporting a missing shipment.
24. Backorders and Out-of-Stock Products
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Truxarmor may:
- Place the product on backorder;
- Contact the customer regarding alternatives;
- Ship available products separately; or
- Cancel and refund the unavailable portion of the order.
Estimated restock dates are not guaranteed.
25. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers should contact Truxarmor as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.
We will attempt to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order enters processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the applicable Truxarmor Return & Refund Policy.
26. Shipping Restrictions
Truxarmor reserves the right to restrict or decline shipment to locations where delivery is unavailable, commercially unreasonable, prohibited by law, or subject to carrier limitations.
Certain products may also be subject to regional shipping restrictions.
27. International Shipping
Unless expressly offered at checkout or otherwise approved by Truxarmor, international shipping is not guaranteed to be available.
For approved international orders, the customer may be responsible for:
- Import duties;
- Customs fees;
- Brokerage fees;
- Taxes;
- Government charges;
- Customs clearance requirements; and
- Other destination-country charges.
Such charges are generally not included in the Truxarmor product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated.
International delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing and other circumstances outside Truxarmor's control.
28. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to products will transfer in accordance with applicable law and the terms governing the applicable transaction.
Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to waive or limit any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
29. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Our Control
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Truxarmor shall not be responsible for delays or failure to deliver resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Fire;
- Flood;
- Earthquake;
- War;
- Terrorism;
- Civil unrest;
- Pandemics;
- Government actions;
- Port closures;
- Labor disputes;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Carrier interruptions;
- Supply chain disruptions; or
- Other similar events beyond our reasonable control.
30. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information;
- Monitoring tracking information;
- Being reasonably available for delivery;
- Scheduling freight delivery when required;
- Inspecting shipments;
- Reporting damage or missing items promptly;
- Retaining packaging when a shipping claim may be necessary; and
- Following Truxarmor's instructions regarding damaged or incorrect shipments.
31. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Truxarmor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, carrier delays, lost shipments, delivery interruptions, or other transportation-related events beyond Truxarmor's reasonable control.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
32. Relationship to Other Truxarmor Policies
Returns and refunds are governed by the Truxarmor Return & Refund Policy.
Manufacturing defects and warranty claims are governed by the Truxarmor Five (5) Year Limited Warranty.
Website use and purchases are also subject to the Truxarmor Terms & Conditions.
If there is a conflict between this Shipping & Delivery Policy and applicable law, applicable law will control.
33. Changes to This Policy
Truxarmor may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time.
Changes will become effective when posted on our website and will generally apply prospectively to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy, except where otherwise required by law.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: August 8, 2026
Last Updated: August 8, 2026
At Truxarmor Inc. ("Truxarmor," "we," "our," or "us"), we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We understand that there may be circumstances where a product needs to be returned.
This Return & Refund Policy explains the requirements and procedures for returning products purchased directly from Truxarmor.
Please review this policy before purchasing, installing, modifying, or returning a Truxarmor product.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated in this policy, eligible products purchased directly from Truxarmor may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be returned within the applicable return period;
- Be in new, unused, and resalable condition;
- Not have been installed, assembled, modified, drilled, cut, painted, or otherwise altered;
- Include all original components, hardware, accessories, instructions, and documentation;
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever reasonably possible; and
- Have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") issued by Truxarmor before shipment.
Truxarmor reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving a refund.
2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Do not return a product to Truxarmor without first obtaining an RMA number.
To request a return, contact Truxarmor Customer Service and provide:
- Your name;
- Order number;
- Product purchased;
- Reason for the return;
- Vehicle year, make, model, and bed configuration, when applicable;
- Photographs of the product and packaging if requested; and
- Any other information reasonably necessary to process the return.
Once approved, Truxarmor will provide return instructions and an RMA number.
The RMA number must be clearly referenced on or with the return shipment as instructed.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Issuance of an RMA does not constitute final approval of a refund. All returns remain subject to inspection.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be adequately packaged to prevent damage during return transportation.
Products returned with damage, missing components, excessive wear, installation marks, scratches, altered hardware, damaged packaging, or other conditions affecting resale value may:
- Be refused;
- Be returned to the customer;
- Be subject to a deduction from the refund reflecting the diminished value of the merchandise; or
- Receive a partial refund,
to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Truxarmor will determine the condition of returned merchandise following inspection.
4. Installed or Used Products
Products that have been installed, used, modified, altered, drilled, cut, painted, powder coated, welded, or otherwise changed from their original condition are generally not eligible for return.
Installation marks, mounting marks, scratches resulting from installation, damaged hardware, or other evidence of installation may cause a product to be considered used.
If an installed product has an alleged manufacturing defect, the matter will be handled under the applicable Truxarmor Limited Warranty rather than as a standard return.
5. Customer-Ordered Incorrect Product or Fitment
Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle information and product compatibility before ordering.
This includes confirming, where applicable:
- Vehicle year;
- Make;
- Model;
- Trim;
- Cab configuration;
- Bed length;
- Factory options;
- Existing accessories; and
- Other information affecting product compatibility.
If a customer orders an incorrect product or application, the product may be returned only if it otherwise qualifies under this Return & Refund Policy.
The customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6. Truxarmor Shipping or Fulfillment Errors
If Truxarmor ships an incorrect product due to our error, please contact us promptly.
Once the error is verified, Truxarmor will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- Providing a prepaid return label;
- Shipping the correct product; or
- Issuing a refund.
Customers should not install a product that is clearly different from the product ordered.
Installation or modification of an obviously incorrect product may affect return eligibility except where otherwise required by law.
7. Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect all packages and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, crushed, punctured, opened, or otherwise compromised, photograph the packaging and product before discarding any materials.
Please report shipping damage to Truxarmor as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
- Order number;
- Photographs of the shipping carton;
- Photographs of the shipping label;
- Photographs of the damaged product; and
- A description of the damage.
Do not discard the original packaging until the claim has been resolved.
Shipping damage is handled separately from manufacturing defects and may require a carrier claim.
8. Missing or Incorrect Items
If your shipment contains a missing component, missing hardware, or an incorrect item, please contact Truxarmor promptly after delivery.
Truxarmor may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and contents to verify the issue.
If Truxarmor confirms a packing or fulfillment error, we will provide an appropriate remedy at no additional product cost to the customer.
9. Defective Products
Products believed to have a manufacturing defect are governed by the Truxarmor Five (5) Year Limited Warranty.
A product should not be returned as defective without first contacting Truxarmor.
Truxarmor may request photographs, videos, installation information, proof of purchase, vehicle information, or return of the product for inspection before determining whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
10. Return Shipping Costs
For returns resulting from customer preference, incorrect ordering, or other reasons not caused by Truxarmor, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Truxarmor may provide a return shipping label at the customer's request when available. If provided for a customer-responsibility return, the cost of the label may be deducted from the refund.
For verified Truxarmor fulfillment errors or other circumstances where Truxarmor determines that return shipping is our responsibility, Truxarmor will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping as appropriate.
Customers should not ship products freight collect or COD without written authorization from Truxarmor.
11. Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping, freight, expedited shipping, handling, and other delivery charges are generally non-refundable for customer-choice returns unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If the return results from a verified Truxarmor error, applicable original shipping charges may also be refunded.
12. Restocking and Diminished-Value Deductions
Eligible products returned in new, unused, complete, and resalable condition will not be subject to a restocking fee unless a restocking fee was clearly disclosed before purchase or applies to a special-order or other specifically identified product.
Truxarmor may, however, deduct amounts reasonably attributable to missing components, damage, unauthorized use, alteration, or other loss in value caused while the product was in the customer's possession, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any applicable deduction will be determined after inspection of the returned merchandise.
13. Non-Returnable Products
Unless otherwise required by law, the following products may not be eligible for return:
- Installed products;
- Used products;
- Modified or altered products;
- Products damaged after delivery by the customer;
- Products with missing major components;
- Custom-manufactured products;
- Special-order products identified as non-returnable before purchase;
- Clearance or final-sale products identified as final sale before purchase;
- Products purchased more than 30 days before the return request, measured from delivery; and
- Products not originally purchased directly from Truxarmor.
Defective products may remain eligible for remedies under the applicable Truxarmor Limited Warranty even when they are not eligible for a standard return.
14. Products Purchased From Authorized Dealers
Products purchased from an authorized Truxarmor dealer, distributor, marketplace seller, or other third-party retailer must generally be returned to the original seller in accordance with that seller's return policy.
Truxarmor does not issue refunds for purchases where payment was made directly to an independent dealer or retailer.
Warranty coverage for qualifying authentic Truxarmor products is governed separately by the Truxarmor Limited Warranty.
15. Exchanges
Truxarmor may process an exchange by having the customer return the original product and placing a new order for the replacement product.
Price differences, shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable charges may apply.
Truxarmor does not guarantee that replacement products will remain in stock while a return is in transit or being processed.
16. Refund Processing
Once a returned product is received and inspected, Truxarmor will determine whether the return meets the requirements of this policy.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original method of payment.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping charges, return shipping costs, applicable deductions, and other non-refundable amounts may be deducted from the refund as permitted under this policy and applicable law.
Truxarmor is not responsible for processing delays caused by banks, credit card companies, payment processors, or other financial institutions after a refund has been submitted.
17. Refused and Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused by the recipient or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other circumstances not caused by Truxarmor may be treated as customer returns.
Actual shipping and return transportation costs may be deducted from any refund to the extent permitted by law.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
18. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Truxarmor cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted.
If an order has already shipped, it must be handled as a return under this Return & Refund Policy.
Custom, special-order, or made-to-order products may not be cancellable once production or procurement has begun if this limitation was disclosed before purchase.
19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Truxarmor Customer Service before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Truxarmor reserves the right to provide order records, shipping records, delivery confirmations, communications, photographs, return records, and other relevant transaction information to payment processors, banks, card issuers, or other parties involved in resolving a payment dispute.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
20. Abuse of Return Policy
Truxarmor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse or limit returns in cases involving suspected fraud, return abuse, unauthorized product substitution, altered merchandise, fraudulent documentation, repeated policy abuse, or other deceptive activity.
21. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to eliminate or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, applicable law will control.
22. Changes to This Policy
Truxarmor reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy from time to time.
Changes will become effective when posted to our website and will generally apply prospectively to purchases made after the applicable effective date, except where otherwise required by law.
The policy applicable to a purchase will be determined according to the version in effect at the time of the applicable transaction, subject to applicable law.
